GVO sounds better than it is. At least here in Germany the pages load much slower than my current hosting .I do a lot with videos, so I need a faster connection. The bottom line is: If you are just starting out, you find at GVO everything at one asingle place. But you need to host you video and audio on ther multimedia hosting. If you have already lots of flash videos scattered around your sites, you may be disappointed by GVO.
